COURSE DESIGN

Jumper course design is a discipline and an art form. We start with the architectural schematics of the individual arena, plotting precise layouts that are quick to set up – a critical consideration as we tailor separate courses to each level of horse and rider in competition. Of course in conceiving any layout, of utmost importance is visualizing the line of site of horse and rider, never allowing one jump to distract from another, but rather creating clear and clean courses that enable horse and rider to focus on the only thing that matters, the next fence.

The resulting courses are both rewarding and a challenge for the rider, and balanced and beautiful for the spectator.
